Duties & responsibilities:
Acquire new clients to build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnering with them to generate sales leads
Skillfully seek new opportunities for sales via networking, social media, and cold calling.
Contacting potential clients via email, phone and set up meetings.
Defining client’s business requirements and offer suitable comprehensive products.
Demonstrate sales presentations product/service and other sales actions.
Share company profile, intro emails (email broadcasting) with clients.
Frame quotation, negotiate sales, follow-up calls to existing clients for cross-selling and up-sell.
Develop sales plans, prepare sales sheets, metrics and own all sales activities end to end.
Highly capable of demonstrating an excellent understanding of the industry, including competitive issues and products.
Record all partners’ interactions and activities in crm software.
Identify the latest market trends, pattern change while being fully aware of competition status.
To present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
Post-sales follow-up with clients and internal team for hazel free functioning of product (post-trial phase).
A bridge between the client and company for sales negotiation, payment activities, and product issues.
Adhere to data security and other related policies and procedures.
Plan & prepare presentable reports to clients & management team.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Result-oriented individuals must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Must be an independent contributor, fast learner, creative, and possess a passion for sales.
Hands-on experience with crm software is a plus
Qualification & experience:
Must have 3-5 yrs sales experience working in a software company.
