Take ownership of customer issues.
Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer issues.
Add products to the website, update tracking id and inform customers.
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, resolving customers delivery issues by escalating to the logistics.
Resolve customer issues via chat, email and call.
