Igi is currently looking for a competitive, self-motivated cybersecurity services sales professional who has the drive and experience required to drive new cybersecurity sales within their assigned regionThis candidate will take ownership of the igi cybersecurity portfolio, which is highly focused on innovative, strategic, managed cybersecurity services as well as igi’s industry recognized nodeware® vulnerability management solutionWe are seeking a cybersecurity sales professional who understands the ever-changing market, can connect complex cybersecurity programs to business, and can drive significant revenue growth through new client acquisitionThe ideal candidate must have experience partnering with the “c-suite” of midsize enterprise (mse) organizations to align their business operations requirements to scalable cybersecurity solutions.
Develop strong working ownership of igi’s’ cybersecurity portfolio and competitive differentiators
Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate, and close new cybersecurity business
Must be the cybersecurity subject matter expert to lead sales engagements.
Partner with igi channel team and services delivery team to lead sales activities including presentations, follow up, product information, statement of work (sow) creation/presentation, and closing new business
Account management responsible for upsell and renewal activities
Participation in prospective client meetings, presentations, conference calls, web conferences, whiteboard sessions, and marketing events within the territory
Create and present detailed statements of work for proposed cybersecurity solutions
Drive 60% of bookings through the partner channel and 40% from direct salesThis is a hunter/farmer roleResponsible for full prospect to client lifecycle.
Prioritize funnel activity to achieve maximum results
Maintain igi’s crm (hubspot) to manage customers, leads, feedback, and forecasting
Communicate quantifiable sales activities to igi leadership as it aligns to sales success and goal attainment
Upkeep of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the engagement
Key performance indicators:
Meet pre-set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and bookings targets
Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified sales engagements aligned to igi success criteria
Close new business, upsell opportunities, and renewals meeting igi and personal financial goals
Consistent positive customer feedback and performance
Effective partnership with channel, operations, and professional services teams across all igi business units
5+ years’ of quantifiable experience selling cybersecurity solutions, software and/or services tied to varied cybersecurity compliance requirements
Must have proven, recent success as a hunter/farmer from lead discovery through to wining new business
Proven consultative approach which considers the prospect’s business, relevant cybersecurity compliance concerns, budget and buying process
Current relationships with mse business prospects preferred
Capable of working within a dynamic, distributed team environment
2+ years of successful experience operating in a work from home environment

Igi offers a very competitive compensation plan consisting of a base salary, commission, and benefitsWhen qualified properly, igi opportunities have a very high success rate and close within 60-days.
This position operates from a remote locationTravel within the region, to marketing and partner events, and to igi’s corporate office is requiredTravel may be as high as 30%.
