Isb executive education has a fast-paced and high-growth environment with more than 50 programme delivered annually.
This role requires the incumbent to support the programme planning and other aligned activities for executive education.
To contribute to positioning isb as a sought-after brand for executive education (ee)
Co-create content and communication collateral for various channels
Manage the design, implementation, and monitoring of collateral for a range of online & offline marketing and communication strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform, multi-channel communications plan in line with the isb executive education brand.
Creating and managing all marketing collateral for open programmes (both b2c and b2b segments)
Plan and implement marketing activities like email campaigns, marketing events, thought-leadership communication, etc.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to periodically compile thought-leadership content for knowledge-led communication.
Create and adhere to a standardised process checklist to ensure brand and communication consistency in a high-volume, high-intensity work environment.
Monitor and track effectiveness of campaigns, events, thought-leadership initiatives, and course correct as required
Collaborate with other teams and departments within isb-ee, isb, and external vendors to create and/or customise communications and marketing activities.
Plan and execute programme content creation i.eTestimonials in all forms including video and podcastLiaise with empaneled vendors to plan and schedule activities while managing all the logistics end-to-end.
Knowledge / education
A graduate degree in marketing /mass communication/ journalism
Strong knowledge of content development in various formats.
Strong knowledge of business communication across both b2c and b2b segments.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Prior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the education or edtech sector
