Full job description
Roles & responsibilities:
· define the stlc process to ensure the application efficiency
· understand and define the areas to calculate the overall risk to the project and create the strategies to mitigate those risk.
· train, motivate and correct the qa team to ensure that all the quality standards are met.
· review the status report from the team and take appropriate actions accordingly
· send detailed quality status report to the management on regular basis
· collaborates with other team members to understand the scope of automation testing
· collaborate with internal and external stake holders to ensure the overall quality of the project
Required skills:
· solid experience as a quality assurance manager or similar role
· thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
· working experience in test case management tools
· knowledge on automation test
· excellent data analysing and reviewing skills.
· critical thinker and problem- solving skills.
Job type: full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
