Manager, operations - process excellence and control tower description you will play a crucial role in increff’s growth journey by working with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the warehouses are performing as per the set sops and achieving the required metrics.
Jobfamily operations responsibilities you will own the control tower for all assure customers to monitor the key metrics
You will be working with internal teams to identify the root cause of breaches
You will be performing gap analysis of warehouse operations and devise processes to improve the warehouse operations
Delegate and mentor the team to ensure metrics have adhered
You will be communicating to the internal stakeholders about the progress and roadblocks if any
You will be conducting regular reviews with 3pls and internal teams about the performance of the warehouses
You will be expected to explore what’s happening globally and what we or 3pl can adopt
You will be responsible train 3pl teams
You will be expected to bring innovation and create thought leadership by attending global scm conferences and seminars
Requirements minimum 6+ years of operations experience, preferably in supply chain and e-commerce warehouse operations
Good written and spoken communication in english
Proficiency in excel and word
Entrepreneurial, independent, self-motivated and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
A very good eye for detail and super smart in identifying the gap and the problem underneath
Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection
A super fast learner, & person who gets things done
B.tech/mba from tier-1 institutes
