Job summary:
We are seeking bright, motivated candidates for a full-time market research analyst positionThe market research analyst will be responsible ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables to internal stakeholders and assist in project executionThe ideal candidate will have an analytical background, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities: • help update or revise market research survey tools (screeners, questionnaires and discussion guides) that meet client and business objectives • aid in general project management and ensure timelines are adhered to • manage vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve end goals • working with available resources, create visualizations of data in powerpoint presentations that are clear, accurate, compelling, and addresses the key client and project objectives • clearly explain to others the approach taken for data visualization and results from the work • be comfortable asking questions to clarify when unclear about the analysis or task • contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions • carry out functions that meet the compliance requirements set by clients and iqvia (e.g., ae reporting) • for internal and client meetings, provide complete, insightful notes that summarizes key points and outlines next steps for the project team • research potential clients, products, or disease areas in preparation for sales and marketing meetings
Qualifications: • bachelor’s in pharma, statistics, mathematics or a related field • master’s/ mba in pharma, operations research, marketing • excellent analytical skills • excellent written and verbal communication skills • self-starter, accountable, and can be counted on to get the job done, with integrity • expertise in excel and powerpoint • ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimum guidance • ability to exercise judgment and work in a fast-paced environment• ability to be a team player and effective communicator
Experience: • 2-3 years of market research experience and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
