We are currently recruiting for a senior program manager to join our growing corporate accounts teamIn this role you will have the opportunity to design and execute strategic projects and programs with a customer centric approach that will enable scale and repeatability across our corporate groups to achieve success with idexx offerings.
Corporate accounts is a sales-based organization focused on c-suite engagement and satisfaction for idexx’s corporate groupsThe corporate veterinary groups are the fastest growing segment within the full-service veterinary marketCorporate hospital operators represent highly strategic partners for idexx and a customer segment in veterinary healthcare.
What you need to succeed and why:
You are both experienced and passionate as a leader within the organization .
You will be in a visible role to executive leadership, presenting to the c-suite for both internal and external shareholders, overseeing the success of multiple strategic projects, and helping to shape the pmo approach for idexx’s corporate accounts strategies.
You are able to influence and motivate extended teams and others to assist in driving business objectives and are able to lead without authority.
You have a passion for leading people, in this role you’ll be responsible for the growth and development of a team of project managers reporting to you
You know the value of good collaboration and leveraging your partners skills.
You’ll be partnering closely with internal teams, like field support and sales, and external resources to consult on content development for programs, meetings and special projects to ensure alignment with corporate account strategies.
Your ability to work and communicate clearly with all levels within the matrixed organization and customers will contribute directly to your success.
You’ve had a proven successful record of leading large full life cycle projects and programs for at least 10 years.
You will be responsible for full project lifecycles from sizing and scoping, to implementation and ongoing oversite to ensure successful program executionIt will be important to have a keen eye for facilitating the alignment of resources, considering interdependencies like systems, tools, certifications, and training delivery mechanisms.
You will develop plans to track and analyze success of programs ongoing; using methods identified in strategic plans, build recommendations and implement creative solutions, while leading change and incorporating change management strategies in programs and projects.
You think about applying strategies that can be used on larger scale.
You will help to cultivate knowledge of global, cross-industry best practices in strategic program management that can be leveraged and shared with our global partners that will ensure our north america and international programs remain aligned.
You are able to deliver the work.
You’re able to work independently and self-navigate when needed, distill complex issues into simple concepts, deal with ambiguity and undefined programs or projects, and apply general financial and business acumen.
You are open to some domestic travel as needed
At the end of the day, you know the customer is the focus for success.
You will focus on customer engagement and success in the projects or customized programs we build to enable them to be successful with idexx’s portfolio of products and servicesThrough this, you’ll develop (or expand on) a solid understanding of veterinary industry trends impacting corporate customers.
