Scope of the role: responsible to manage the flagship branch of a leading bank, entire responsibility for sales, operations and compliance.
Job description:
> lead the stratagic branch of a leading bank.fully responsible for branch p l - revenue cost.
> manage and lead team of sales,operations and compliance team.concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank
> develop, communicate and implement strategy to sustain current and generate new full investments and wealth management accounts.
> conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities, and ensure operational/compliance activities are completed.
> perform supervisory duties including performance evaluations.
Ideal candidate: looking forward for a candidates with good experience as a bm with any leading bank, managing a sizeable branch for at least 3 to 5 years.
