The demand program specialist 2 is responsible for creating, managing and tracking demand generation campaignsThey work closely with other marketing and sales team members to generate enough leads to ensure the sales pipeline meets or exceeds targets.
What you will be doing
Execute and manage demand generation campaigns to help achieve both direct and channel revenue goals using integrated tactics and campaigns; use marketing tactics such as email, direct mail, and teleprospecting
Promote upcoming company events such as tradeshows, webinars, and seminars
Launch niche, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns for targeted lead generation
Utilize appropriate marketing databases effectively, including crm and marketing automation systems
Measure and report on results of campaigns to respective marketing manager and respective team members
Work in a team environment
Remain current on best practices and marketing trends
Understand market segmentation and persona-based marketing and maintain a clean, detailed and well-organized lead contact database
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, hyland’s information systems security policy
What will make you successful
Experience in a sales and marketing environment
Microsoft windows and office proficient
Demonstrated understanding of market segmentation and persona-based marketing
Able to manage a budget and measure and report on results
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity for technology as well as aptitude
Excellent writing, typing and editing skills
Demonstrated ability of a high level of patience, focus, and accountability
Up to 5% travel time is required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
