Join our team and create your future position summary the project setup analyst has the primary responsibility of assisting with handling business response for project and contract set-up and monitoring response times and customer service levels Supplementary responsibilities include record updates and ad hoc reportingThe role will be working daily with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as interacting with members of the consulting practice and other corporate departmentsQualifications
Associate degree (accounting or finance) or related work experience required
1-2 years administrative or financial records experience
Strong customer service skills
Extremely well organized with ability to work independently and take complete ownership of your ongoing tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
Able to meet multiple deadlines, multitask and able to constantly reprioritize responsibilities
Self-starter
Excellent pc skills, including proficiency in ms-office (excel & word)
Able to quickly learn new systems and technologies and be able to instruct and support others in using those tools
Proactive and willing to ask questions to ensure you are able to perform your job effectively
Able to work at a fast pace and under tight time constraints
Desired/preferred experience/skills:
Experience in professional services industry
Knowledge of financial systems
Strong research skills
