About this role
More than just another app, hologram delivers internet to physical devices on the move all over the worldIt`s a different kind of customer challenge, and we`re committed to building the best solutions and support team to deliver value to our customersAs a technical onboarding manager, you`ll manage the process of welcoming new customers on to the hologram platform post-sale.
What you`ll do:
Provide end-to-end onboarding to new customers including leading kick-off calls, training sessions and troubleshooting issues during the onboarding process
Project manage and demonstrate a deep understanding of the hologram onboarding process, consistently providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Providing a consultative onboarding experience by understanding current business processes of your customers and provide best practices
Contribute content to knowledge base, blog & social sites
Suggest feature and product enhancements to our product development team
Lead implementations with empathy and demonstrate a deep caring for your customers
Work cross-functionally with sales and support teams and alert leadership when anything is off-track
Provide value to customers by being a trusted resource immediately following a hands on sales process
Helpful skills and experience:
1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, including implementation, customer success, and project management in a saas/iot environment
Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
Excellent time-management skills; ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at the same time
Process-driven and detail-oriented
Experience troubleshooting technical implementations or projects
You`re eager to continue to learn and grow, at any stage of your career
