Responsibilities of the role
Create and validate primary market research with global product management by focusing on customer use cases, workflows and deliverables within target industries and markets.
Build and strengthen rapport with new and existing customers to gain in-depth understanding of their requirements and challenges.
Define, document and communicate complete reality capture workflows, from data acquisition to data deliverablesClosely collaborate with the hxdr development team to align feature functionality to market requirements.
Support hxdr platform customer onboarding through creation of content to automate education and training using generally recognized tools such as: faqs, training and tutorial videos, chatbots, webinars, etc (focus on one-to-many tools).
Grow user engagement as measured by monthly recurring revenue, churn, cost per acquisition, average revenue per customer, lifetime value.
Provide industry and application research insights to central product management to influence ongoing product development.
Customer interview skills to comprehensively understand customer markets and to identify where hexagon technologies can build efficiencies.
Communication, in written and verbal form, with diverse audiences, internal and external to the company, in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to organize and communicate market requirements
Facilitate customer onboarding and minimize churn by educating and nurturing new saas users
Become a usa-can face of the global hxdr and blk support community.
Streamline the route to market with a heavy digital content focus
Be an active participant in the agile marketing team to generate relevant, targeted content
3-5 years experience working with digital building models, 3d point cloud and laser scanning
Experience within construction industry, particularly bim, vdc and cad workflows – autodesk and/or leica cyclone experience a plus
Experience with a saas based customer experience platform, churnzero ideally
Must be innovative, creative, collaborative and flexible
Passionate about on-going learning as it pertains to the reality capture space and the ability to apply that learning to help others improve their knowledge
Ability to work well with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams
Self-motivated and pro-active
Comfortable in front of a camera, on a construction job site or professional business setting
University degree, technical background preferred
Meticulous attention to detail
Retail, sales or other customer facing experience is preferred
Some national and international travel, approx15%
Other foreign languages a plus
