Full job description
1Payroll process: maintain payroll processing and computes employee take home pay-based on records and tax
2.payment of gst: calculation and finalization of gst payments, proper utilization of input tax and reconciliation with books of accounts
3.statutory payment: calculation and finalization of statutory payment like tds, pt, it returns.
4.preparation of financial statement: preparation of p&l account, balance sheet and cash flow statement on monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis .
5.coordination: coordinate with auditors, tax agent, banker, government bodies and company secretary for all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements comply.
6.invoice process: preparation and finalization of invoice and submit the invoice within the time limit.
1 proficient in ms office (word, advanced excel, powerpoint) outlook
