At heart it out, our sales team is the engine that drives our global reach in mental health solutionsWe are seeking a qualified sales manager to help expand our reach of services through their skill and leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.
Our ideal business development manager has in-depth knowledge and experience with sales processes, excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing dealsWe’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
Key responsibilities create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands client base and extends global reach.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Recruit sales team, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotations and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Build and maintain apt sales processes and culture in the company.
Eligibility master’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred, all other degrees welcome.
6-10 years in sales management within corporate and social settings.
Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proven leadership skills.
Personal investment in mental health is a bonus.
Working conditions this is a full-time role at heart it out and not an internship.
