Area manager - operations (facility manager / area manager)
Purpose of the position
Area manager position is being created to handle and manage day to day operational activities pertaining to security/ house keeping / utility servicesThinking ahead, analyzing the current situation, and formulating a written business development strategy is an essential starting point for all newly appointed area managersThe primary job function of the area manager is to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their business by directing all operational aspects of each sites and driving service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
