Lead marketing department: provide leadership, guidance and development for the entire marketing departmentOversee marketing activities while developing and implementing marketing strategies and creative messagingEffectively manage multi-million-dollar marketing budget to maximize lead volume and return on investment (“roi”), provide increased efficiency of marketing spendResponsible for the company’s public relations and reputation management across all media outlets
Oversee marketing strategies: optimize and manage digital, web print, radio, mail, television, in-house promotions, and collateral creationDevelop media buying strategiesTest newly developed media in order to create and validate the optimum media mix within budget constraints.
Oversee branding: manage brand introductions including packaging, logos, displays, and ancillary marketing material.
Support market research: continuously research and monitor external (financial, technological and demographic) factors that may impact market opportunities and to minimize the effects of competitive activityAccountable for market research that includes brand positioning, competitive analysis, and focus group studiesEngage in lead generation and nurturing activities driven by careful data analysis and working with management.
Effective partnership: participate in the development, negotiation and management of contracts with agencies/suppliers and marketing vendorsEffectively develop and maintain a comprehensive database marketing suite that provides opportunities to maximize customer generation.

Management and collaboration:
Manage day to day operations of the marketing department
Collaborate with the senior leadership to present to and engage through the course of the year
Collaborate with media analyst to develop and communicate regular reporting to prioritize and maximize opportunities
Ba or bs in marketingMba preferred
Ten (10) years of marketing experience (both b2b and b2c), including five (5) years of supervisory experience in senior management position in mid to large organization
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of direct response television and digital marketing experience
Experience using salesforce, including salesforce crm, marketing cloud and social studio
Proven track record of managing a $30 million plus marketing budget
Must also possess the ability to effectively problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment
Possesses significant project planning and campaign execution expertise
High energy, creative and engagingFlexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership, presentation and public speaking skills
Office environment with potential hybrid or remote work schedule
Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
Sitting stationary for long periods of time
Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
Requires working with computer systems
May require light lifting <50 lbs
May work long hours as well as some weekends.
Considerable travel required – minimum 50% of time including international locations
