We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of delivery head.
In this role, you will:
Provide thought leadership and execution support for continued transformation (aligned to the objectives of risk and wider technology strategy) of the risk it india work force
Continuously drive capability uplift by means institutionalizing best practices, knowledge sharing, providing learning opportunities etc.
Act as the accountable executive, representing risk technology india, within the wider et india & global risk technology operating frameworks
Be the single point of contact and provide direction and consultation to functional service line heads and managers on any entity related aspects or matters
Act as the escalation point for any internal or external entity related issues/risks
Collaborate and proactively manage vendor relationships with our strategic partners, to build/retain/maintain efficient and engaged work force
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Ensure all entity related critical activities like bcim, mandatory learning etcAre completed as expected
Sponsor and implement employee engagement improvement, wellbeing events/initiatives which would be more meaningful/applicable at entity level
Work with transformation accelerator owners to formulate plans/objectives/activities for this year, execution of those activities, spreading awareness (espWith so many new joiners) through vlogs and blogs etc.
Proactively work with recruitment and the management team to identify any issues/risks and/or resolve blockers, run hiring campaigns etcTo lead talent acquisition as well as retention
Contribute and drive ‘people’ oriented agenda by working as part of the global risk technology ‘sense of community’
Be part of the global risk it ‘reflect’ working group to identify/prioritize suitable sessions/topics and then own conducting the ‘reflect forums’ periodically
