Job responsibilities(jr) : actionable business objectives source incremental accounts from corporates mapped to the kcm portfolio draw a monthly plan to achieve allocated targets and review daily performance with kcm conduct inductions / account opening desks and make presentations on the salary offer for the corporate collect information on competition share and review with kcm ensure tatkal kits are available for the inductions identify senior management employees, pitch our offer and open accounts.
Share the list with kcm for racing to managed program / premier acquisition ensure all new accounts get activated with salary credit achieve allocated plan for nav and identify corporates where there is a concern ensure bundling of products at account opening (minimum 2 convenience and 2 income products per customer) generate leads for fd/rd, hsl, demat, cc, mutual funds, insurance, isa, pl, al, hl, twl, gold loan and other products for xsell conduct activities/events at corporates ensure high visibility at corporate premises - via emailers, poster display, banner display, leaflet / one pager distribution, etc review performance on score card vis a vis peer group and identify areas of improvement and discuss action plans with kcm service delivery cso to monitor account opening tat and ensure ftnr is within benchmark ensure all queries related to account opening are resolved within agreed timelines communicate to the employees the requirements of kyc documents (as per the approved account opening process) resource management & productivity kcso to review and ensure actual sales officer team staffing v/s plan kcso needs to ensure that supporting officer have clarity on their key result areas and are fulfilling the job role guide, supervise and drive the team to achieve business objectives ensure respective sales officer are updated on account opening process / documentation / product features and corporate offers ensure sales officer follow discipline at the corporate premises draw out monthly plan for each resource in the team, monitor performance and ensure productivity of the team under farming & hunting initiatives, kcso will have primary focus on be acquiring new accounts of existing corporates.
