As the people analytics and reporting manager, you will help the people leadership team make business decisions based on dataBy providing our people team leaders access to real-time data, you will communicate directly with senior leaders about our data, guiding them toward meaningful results that help to #createravingfans in our employee population.
Partner with the total rewards, recruiting and people leadership teams to create a strategic roadmap to meet people data and reporting needs.
Gather requirements, configure, test, maintain, and distribute complex reports and dashboards
Actively monitor data integrity and correct problems as they occur
Analyze and consolidate data learnings into digestible formats for leaders
Share and maintain sensitive data
Handle all ad hoc people data requestsbuild our capability to analyze and “make sense” of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help us make better data-driven decisions
Develop diversity and inclusion metrics, analysis, and presentations
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements to come up with robust reports that meet their objectives and specified outcomesparticipate in the development and implementation of data governance practices partnering with key stakeholders
Research best practices and trends with people data reporting
5+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, metrics, and dashboards
Fluent in data collection, aggregation, analysis, and visualization for all types of people data including recruiting/hiring metrics (internal/external), dei, compensation metrics, benefits utilization, etc.
Experience in a variety of hr tools - hibob, adp, lever, cultureamp, workday etc.
Experience in building relationships and delivering data across all levels of the company
Proficiency in data visualization tools (tableau), excel (complex formulas, pivots, macros, graphs, etc.) and google sheets
Familiarity with people analytics and dashboards using people systems and tools such as workday (advanced, composite, matrix, birt, etc)
Knowledge of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies
Solid understanding of privacy requirements and concerns around people data
Cloud data warehouse experience (eg, snowflake) and/or knowledge of sql a plus
