Contribute in re-engineering current processes and design a platform which allows for smooth analytics generation.
Contribute in developing new tools which help understand large amount of index data and represent index events in a client friendly manner.
Engage with other teams (gset desk, pt desk, algo dev desk, qes etc..) to understand their requirement on index rebalancing days.
Candidate will be involved in understanding post-event data and help get back to clients with post-events analytics.
Who we look for
We are looking for a motivated equities index analyst (analyst/associate level) to contribute to the development of our index platform.
Basic qualifications/product knowledge:
Product knowledge: prior knowledge of equities indices and equities corporate actions is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and high attention to details.
Clear communication skills.
Programming experience in python or similar scripting languages.
Experience working with large data sets.
Bachelors or masters in a stem discipline.
