Work directly with faculty and student users as well as professionals in several disciplines (including international) to answer questions and resolve problems with their software
Respond to phone, email and chat help inquiries
Become an expert in the software, with the ability to guide and train simply and effectively
Track issues with appropriate detail to help our technical teams identify and resolve problems within the software
Do simple remote training on the software from time to time
Work with your team as well as the rest of our company to help us create a terrific goreact experience for our customers
Previous technical/customer support experience preferred
Advanced computer skills – internet, video, webcams, etc– you are on the front line!
Previous support software use is a plus - zendesk, jira, intercom, fullstory, etc.
Personal drive to make people happy – that will include patience and dedication!
College graduate preferred
Outgoing, friendly personality who gets along with all personality types
Fluent in english
Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
