What we look for in you:
Bachelor`s degree from a reputable university preferably in information technologies, software, computer programming etc.
You are enthusiastic about learning new technologies
You are a solution & customer-oriented person
You do not like monotony, the shift system should be yours
You can speak one of these languages; english, italian, spanish
What you’ll be doing :
Regularly following ticketing and tracking tools (loose, jira, etc.) (within 10 minutes after notification)
Proactively informing stakeholders about system malfunctions
Working in shifts and being available at all times to ensure 7/24 accessibility
Identifying the problem when a request is received and responding directly when necessary
Tracking the resolution of the problem and notifying the customer after it is resolved
Documentation and archiving of prescriptions written for the solution of technical problems
