The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement the communications strategy in partnership with the integration leader – 21c and broader imoThis role is responsible for providing communications leadership and expertise to drive engagement, trust, and confidence by external and internal partners throughout the integration of 21c
Your key responsibilities
Manage all internal and external communications by the imo
Establish the imo communication strategy and execution plan as part of the overall integration of 21c
Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to ensure consistent, timely and flawless messaging reaches partners aligned with the overall organizational change strategy
Provide mentorship and support to the integration leader – 21c and broader imo team on effective communications and recommend tactics to drive efficient leadership
Develop content and materials that drive engagement, are aligned to values and purpose, and influence future ways of working
Drive and deliver essential communications plans with carefully crafted messaging that enables closer connections through optimization of existing communication
Own the management of a calendar of multi-channel communication activities
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications and provide adjustments to the communication strategy where required

In addition, you need to develop strong external relationships with various individuals/agencies/key partners
Proven experience supporting senior leaders with end-to-end communications management
Strong relationship, business connection and mentorship skills
Previous experience working in a matrixed and global environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis
Works autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrates initiative, priority management and superior organizational skills
Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrated project and change management skills with an action-oriented approach and commitment to completion
Maintain, uphold, and protect the professional image of the imo and broader business internally and externally

Report risks and hazards to line manager and proactively participate in risk reduction strategies
