Your impact // as srDirector of xt (experience technolog) you will report directly to the svp of xt and be responsible for the integration of future technologies and innovative thinking to our workLeading project teams on multiple opportunities you will work alongside creative, account management, research and digital resources to develop strategies designed to leverage the latest cutting-edge technologies across our entire ecosystemDeveloping unforgettable ideas and concepts you will illustrate to our clients how we can deliver ingenious solutions for them in the marketplaceThis position oversees the director of project management and a team of project managers, and is responsible for the success of the work both financially and creatively.

An impressive portfolio of marketing & innovation experience that demonstrates mastery with technology & its integration to human solutions.
A problem solver as well innovator, who looks for ideas and the unexpected through analytics, technology trends, audience insights and brand/marketing strategies
Experience balancing the constraints of project timeline and budget accountability and transition seamlessly across projects of varying scale, audience, format and channel.
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert to gmr’s clients, and industry thought leader to the media (present at conferences, publish white papers, and contribute to online forums and blogs, etc.).
Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills to represent the agency as a creative leader in live pitch presentations to clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adapt a “one team” mentality and partner with leadership to establish and champion clear strategic vision and purpose for the team and support integration of all disciplines.
A thorough understanding of the value & contribution technology makes, regardless of medium, and an ability to generate innovative ideas that create buzz and get results.
Uncovers digital trends and leads digital education for clients and internal staff on strategic initiatives drawing on your knowledge of technology, marketing, branding, social, and mobile.
Remains current and aware of pop culture, trends and the pace of innovation amongst our ever changing world.
Leads internal sessions and with the digital project director and team of project managers providing clear and objective direction for the work and how it delivers on the brief.
Makes bold, decisive decisions and recommendations, demonstrating strong judgement, paying close attention to detail.
Exceptional leadership –
Lead & motivate a dynamic team of project managers to deliver ingenious and unforgettable work for our clients, on time and on budget.
Participate and lead new business pitches, strategy presentations and work with account teams to help identify organic growth and new business opportunities.
Apply breakthrough ideation to create a holistic approach, integrating diverse channels (including internet, mobile, social, content, e-crm, video, emerging and future technologies).
Develop, coach and mentor with the ability to manage a team of discipline leads, ensuring effectiveness of team output and adherence to project demands.
Removes barriers so team can focus on creating great work and discover ingenious solutions.
Monitor project financials to identify potential overruns, taking corrective action when needed.
Monitor the agency sales pipeline to identify potential changes in resource needs.
