Roles and responsibilities
In this role you will:
Work closely with project managers and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes.
Be responsible for effective management of budget and resource-have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the business.
Collaborate with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.
Utilizing in-depth knowledge of a technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
Sharing market best practices with the team members and how own area integrates with othersCompetitor analysis and apprising team on factors that differentiates us from competition in the market.
Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
Coach and mentor new team membersLead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Required qualifications
This role requires 8 plus years of advanced experience in the services, digital platform, digital business operations and data analyticsKnowledge level is comparable to a bachelor`s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired characteristics
Excellent oral and written communication skillsTeam management experience is preferable.
Ability to analyze and resolve problemsGood documentation, planning, marketing and project management skills.
