Location: remote: us:wi:menomonee falls at our woodland prime 400 facility.
*1.0 fte is full-time, any position less than 1.0 fte is part-time, and .001 fte is optional part-time*
*positions with an `fte` (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefitsPositions with an `fte` of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*
Shift: remote flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm with a saturday rotation every 3 weeks from 8 am to 12 pm
This position is responsible for helping patients who are having any mobile device or computer software problems for froedtert health`s virtual visit systems which include cisco webex and mychartThis position will have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality, performance and troubleshooting patients’ needs in order to obtain mychart or on demand servicesTroubleshooting support includes mobile devices (apple and android) using mychart app and froedtert & mcw app as well as laptops/desktops using mychartlink.comWorks closely with inception and epic inter-ops team to support patient needs beyond current knowledge or scopeWorks closely and professionally with help desk team members to promote teamwork and accountabilityOther duties as assigned.
1 year experience working in a medical health care setting using epic applications required.
Epic virtual visits knowledge/experience strongly preferred.
High school diploma.
Medical assistant or other medically related continued education preferred.
Ability to assist patients with limited technical knowledge via telephone to resolve their identified issues.
