The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the work flow and productivity of the department to aid in insurance claim investigations and other forms of fraudWe are seeking candidates who pride themselves on their information-finding abilities and are driven by intellectual curiosity and a tenacious work ethic.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Manages a full case load of files (90+ files)
Supervises in part or in whole a team of four or more investigators
Maintains client communication/updates on files
Conducts quality control review of reports
Assists with invoicing and delivery of reports
Adheres to strict due dates
Attends and testifies at hearings
Works complex files if needed
Trains new hires
Requirements:
Knowledge and skills
Excellent spoken and written english communication skills; spanish speaking a plus
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally
Strong organizational and communication skills to meet the challenges of this demanding position
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A strong understanding of available public records; preferred but not required
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Careful attention and commitment to accuracy and detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to model behaviors that reflect frasco’s core values
Capable of handling more complex siu work
Expected to work independently, contact clients and strategize about the best course of action to handle their needs and be able to proceed accordingly.
Minimum qualifications
Three to four years prior experience required
Bi-lingual in spanish and english preferred, but not required
Exceptional computer knowledge and competency with microsoft office
A degree from a four-year university or equivalent
