We’re looking for a director or senior manager, brand marketing, to develop and manage 360 marketing campaigns and audience development strategies, serving as the brand steward across key moments in content and commerce to drive audience growthReporting to our vp, audience growth, the ideal candidate is highly-organized, detail-oriented, strategic and a results-driven marketerGreat candidates must also love snacks.
Please note that while we are open to a remote candidate, this role will be required to be based out of our new york office by summer 2022.

Serve as the cross-functional lead in planning and developing holistic, impactful and scalable brand marketing campaigns across content, commerce, and community key moments that deliver against key engagement and revenue goals, grow new audiences, and drive engagement and loyalty from existing audiences.
Craft campaign strategies, including positioning, pillars, target audience, creative guardrails, and final brand marketing plans for key moments.
Work closely with data, product, and the rest of the audience growth team to distill audience insights and turn those insights into actionable next steps communicated in written briefs, povs, recommendations, and reports.
Master creative brief writer and keen creative eye to bring innovative campaigns to life.
Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, events, and unique opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the strategic partnerships team in launching partner programs.
While this position will not have any immediate direct reports, food52 is at a high growth stage and it is expected that this role will oversee a small team of passionate marketers in the future.
6+ years of brand marketing experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer retailPreferably within the kitchen & household space.
3+ years of proven experience with audience development and segmentation: consumer research, building personas, developing plans based on specific audience segments.
2+ years of management experience.
A team player and creative problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented setting
Strong organizational and project management skills with the utmost attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to campaign strategies, recommendations and reporting.
