Summary oversees and manages clinical research quality assurance/improvement and training activities at florida cancer specialists (fcs)Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of the role; relevant regulations; and organizational, and departmental policies and proceduresPerforms other duties and projects as assignedPerforms all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and proceduresQualifications/requirements education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an rn license will be acceptable
Certifications/licenses:
Certification in research preferred
Valid state driver’s license for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetingsCompliance with the company driver safety operations and motor vehicle records check policy is required.
Previous experience:
Clinical research experience: 2 years required
Previous quality or risk management experience in healthcare preferred

Computer skills:
Proficiency in microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook required.
Ability to learn and function independently in various software systems.
Travel: <25%
Standard core workdays/hours: monday to friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
