Flipkart health+ is an emerging business and currently has fc in 3 citiesThe incumbent will be responsible for supply chain planning and seamless execution for flipkart health+ by balancing supply and demand, optimizing slas (customer promise days), and reducing cpo (cost per order) while supporting the business ramp upThis includes:
Man, van, linehaul and capacity planning for all assets
Destination demand forecasting
Own the sla and initial promise to ensure peak and bau sla targets are met.
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of key metrics within her/his domain.
Monthly plan closures, working on long- and short-term goals.
Drive key projects with ops, finance, and product to ensure sla and capacity utilization target.
Own the monthly snop and planning sops for all scale and supply chain related asks.
Work closely with all stakeholders- design, category, finance, design and operations to implement best practices from other supply chains to ensure optimal utilization of assets
Drive and implement continuous improvement projects with product, sell side, ops and design to improve month on month sla with least cost and business impact.
Responsible for rca/waterfall, attainment and correction plan of key metrics
Working extensively with cross functional teams on projects related to automation, improving supply chain cost, event planning etc
Excellent in building relationships and getting things done with the stakeholdersStrictly adhering to the timelines.
Extensively working with tech and product team for problem solving, day to day analysis, automation of planning procedures.
Responsible for space planning and driving customer value proposition
