Design team is responsible for comprehensive solutioning , bring in new supply chain capabilities to enable new business requirements and also optimization of current sc
What you’ll do:
Drive breakthrough projects to set new industry standards
Design processes for upcoming darkstores.
Optimize the current ds process for cost and efficiency
De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross functional
Teams involving tech,prod,operations, analytics,retail, it, legal, tax etc.
Define success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure.
What you’ll need:
Thorough understanding of warehouse operations(micro fc/darkstore is an added advantage)
Should be proficient in data analytics ( knowledge on python, r is an added advantage)
Thorough understanding of lean concepts
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Should be able work under dynamic environment and also should be ready to go that extra mile
Self motivated and should be able to drive projects independently with minimal supervision
