You will serve as an it specialist (sysanalysis) in the office of the
Commander, joint mission operations center (jmoc) of us fleet
You will coordinate the efforts of ad hoc project teams in implementation of major organization wide programs and to serve as a primary authoritative source of state-of-the-art information in subject matter specialty areas.
You will utilize knowledge of it policies/procedures, regulations, guidelines, and directives to ensure compliance with security measures and procurement procedures.
You will create technical specifications and other procurement documentation to include economic analyses in support of the acquisition of hardware/software/data communications associated with automation projects.
You will evaluate proposals for it systems, monitor maintenance/revisions to websites, and formulate policies and strategies required to integrate new it into the current hardware, software and data communication architecture.
You will recommend hardware/software, video teleconferencing and telecommunications solutions and brief on short or long range automation objectives.
