We are looking for it support engineer to join our it teamThey will collaborate closely with our worldwide team of skilled support engineers and developers to rapidly resolve software issues and quickly address customer requestsTechnical support engineers will have the opportunity to build their technical skills and the ability to learn a wide range of technologies.
What you will be doing
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of it systems, including servers, operating systems, and other associated hardware, networks and security equipment .
It project management functions including designing, negotiating, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of multiple projects including the selection, installation, commissioning, de-commissioning and transformations, relocations & migrations of it systems & services covering multiple sites.
To provide third line technical support to all escalated issuesTechnical support includes troubleshooting of servers/computer/routers./switches/firewall.
Collaborating with other team members on ideas and processes to improve the overall customer experience
Troubleshoot and analysis of system issues as they arise
Customer focused mindset to provide exemplary customer service
Join critical incident calls for priority issues as the digital solution expert
Serving as the primary point of contact for escalating advanced technical issues to internal support & development teams
To ensure all issues are expediently addressed, resolved, and documented with technician notes.
Required work experience and qualification
Hands on experience on windows servers, virtualization (vmware & ms azure), ms office 365 deployment etc.
Using knowledge of lan and wan to plan and deploy company networks
Experience with aws cloud platform plus
Experience in document management desired
Strong experience in linux
Experience with bash scripting
Excellent ticketing experience
Assisting and educating employees on network hardware and software.
Minimum 9 -12 years experience in leading & supporting enterprise level applications
A strong leader, team handling, dedicated to solving problems and continual improvement

Ability to work in high pressure environments with deadlines
Able to communicate technical information clearly to others

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
