Senior civil project manager summary:
Fisher associates, p.e., l.s., l.a., d.p.c., headquartered in rochester ny, with six offices throughout ny, pa and tx and resources through the us working in over 30 states, is currently seeking a senior civil project manager with 10+ years of experience to join our energy group serving renewable energy clients in the mid-atlantic region.
The position requires understanding all aspects of civil engineering associated with large scale solar projectsA successful candidate would be expected to provide direction and oversight of internal design staff; collaborate with other market sectors within fisher associates; communicates with clients; and perform new business development.

The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Client management
Responding to proposal requests
Design of civil grading plans
Working with a multi-disciplined team to complete design packages
Prepare stormwater reports and permitting.
Report preparation and interactions with state and federal agencies

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include:
B.s(master’s preferred) in civil engineering and 10 years of experience
Professional engineering license or ability to obtain license in multiple states, ncees records a plus.
Civil engineering experience with civil site plans, grading and drainage, stormwater permitting, erosion and sediment control plans required.
Integrity, people skills, team spirit and commitment to providing high quality deliverables
Project management experience, including project profit and loss management and personnel management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to travel up to 25% for conferences and site visits as needed.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Computer skills including experience with ms office word/excel, autocad required.
