Job title – process specialist - client service management
The purpose of this role
To ensure we provide a good client experience by liaising with internal stake holders.
The value you deliver
Responsible for providing education to on boarding to client contact(s).
Influence clients to adapt best practices that will drive efficiency, quality and consistency.
Trouble shoot client issues associated with fidelity technology.
Resolve plan level and participant level issues involving the client
Responsible for client monitoring and quality of data (both monetary and indicative data).
Point of contact for escalated items issues internally and with clients.
Coordinate annualspecial events with the clients and internal teams (operations).
Provides recommendations/suggestions to client service managers (csms) on areas of improvement and issues that have potential impact on client experience.
Work with clients and internal partners to update plan procedures and custom processes.
Ability to identify risk associated with plan operations and work to prevent issues.
Work on general service request to accommodate client requirements
Provide non-recurring addhoc reporting to clients as requested.

Csa india team focuses on error monitoring for defined contribution services offered to our clients across market segmentsThey are responsible for fixing participant and plan level issues generated through these services which includes troubleshooting plan set up issues & educating clients and internal partnersApart from this, csa manages the general service request for all the markets and helps client with their request working with the internal stake holders.
The expertise we’re looking for
2+ years experience in the us financial market
Experience in defined contribution desired
Graduate ( bcom, bsc, bbm, bba), avoid engineers
Location : bangalore - egl
Shift timings: 5:30pm – 2:30am
