Impact in this role
Your role as a business process engineer will be to support and drive improvements to our critical business processes within the manufacturing and people operations teamsFictiv is constantly growing and our ability to scale relies on robust and streamlined business processesAt fictiv, we believe in creating the world`s premier platform for hardware manufacturing, and you`ll be playing a critical role in making that happen.
In this role, you`ll be using your industrial engineering background, business process experience and systems level thinking to help us define and implement strategies to enable scale and meet our business goals.
You`ll act as the project manager to clarify scope, define project plans, drive towards progress and address any deviations during execution, leveraging the subject matter expertise from the corresponding stakeholders.
You will report to the vp of development and services operations.
What you`ll be doing
Drive business process change initiatives within the manufacturing operations and people operations teams.
Work with the manufacturing operations and people operations leadership to identify inefficient system processes through data analysis and qualitative user research and business process gap analysis, in order to generate system and process strategies to eliminate inefficiencies and help streamline critical process paths.
Manage data analytics dashboards requirements and develop creative solutions to apply business logic and ensure that collected data is within required quality standards.
Contribute to the roadmap strategy and execute cross-functional plans for initiatives, clearly and transparently communicating upwards and outwards.
Develop training materials and execution training for internal and external stakeholders during system and process implementation.
Analyze and build end-to-end processes based on business goals.
Define business process requirements, drive system validation, generate process documentation, and implementation of system and process enhancements.

You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have an inclination for documentation.
You have a history of data-based decision making, with sound data analytics skills.
You enjoy figuring out the systems dynamics and think in terms of processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision.
B.sIn industrial engineering, project management, business process engineering or related field.
3 years of experience implementing business process strategies.
Experience facilitating, and leading service improvement sessions with a range of business stakeholders (inclExperience in process/value stream mapping).
