As the marketing manager at fern you will:
Have the autonomy to make a significant contribution to fern health’s marketing strategy.
Manage go-to-market strategies and campaigns for awareness and demand generation in quickly growing b2b markets.
Work with subject matter experts and thought leaders to bring our message to life in compelling copy for our website, blogs, and social posts.
Manage the development of promotional and sales materials for b2b and b2c audiences, including white papers, collateral, presentations, emails, case studies and more.
Generate awareness and demand through multi-channel marketing programs and initiatives, including digital experiences, content marketing, social posts and engagement, public relations, and online and live events.
Plan campaigns and analyze their performance, test new ideas, and continuously optimize our performance.
Manage logistics and promotional efforts at key conferences and events, including targeted pre-event promotions, alignment around event goals with sales and leadership, and arranging thought leadership opportunities for fern executives.
Develop and maintain competitive analyses and collaborate closely with colleagues in product, sales, and operations to ensure your finger is on the pulse of the industry and that the voice of the customer is reflected in everything we do.

A bachelor’s degree
5-7 years of marketing experience in b2b settings with 1-2 years of marketing management experience
Experience marketing to employers; interest or experience in b2c marketing, preferred
Experience building marketing demand and lead generation programs
A thorough understanding of digital marketing and the technologies required to make it all work, including crm and marketing automation tools, social media platforms, seo, sem, email campaigns, analyticsHubspot experience preferred.
Experience with account-based marketing practices in a digital health startup, preferred
