We are seeking a business process engineer w/ organizational change management background.
The current phase is the ocm/training/planning.
This key role will lead process design and organizational change management (ocm) for strategic it application projects.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading process design and ocm activities and will have a track record of meeting or exceeding project goals.
Partner with the business to define as-is processes that capture the key steps, inputs, outputs, resources, and applications.
Facilitate the creation of high-level to-be `concept` design.
Facilitate the design of detailed to-be processes.
Create the change strategy for the projectThis defines the ocm tools and activities necessary to lead the business to fully adopt the new applications and processes.
Lead the execution of the ocm tools and activities defined in the change strategy.
Establish effective relationships with key project stakeholders.
Develop executive-level presentations and provide regular updates to senior management.
Work with stakeholders to ensure projects achieve intended results, risks are proactively identified and mitigated, and benefits are validated.
Lead process development workshops (6-12 team members) and follow-up meetings.
Provide project updates to leaders of the business, it, and the business process engineering (bpe) team.
Create process documentation for the as-is and to-be processes.
Receive input on to-be processes from external consultants, application vendors, and developers.
Manage all bpe tasks on project plans.
Job requirements
5+ years of relevant experience driving transformational change.
Ba/bs degree.
Lean six sigma black belt certification.
Experience leading organizational change management.
Passionate about driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Ability to lead large, cross functional teams that have competing priorities.
Ability to realize, visualize and communicate future state processes and key process measures to improve flow, capacity, performance, and customer experience.
Ability to leverage insights to navigate ambiguous situations.
Strong data gathering, analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong influencing, presentation, facilitation, and written/oral communication skills.
In-depth understanding of and practical experience with business process methodologies, such as lean / six sigma.
Training experience.
Knowledge of grocery, retail, or supply chain industries.
Project management experience.
