Job purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of the company’s goods and servicesPotential customers need to be approached with the aim of winning new business and existing customers need to be retained with repeat salesThe job will intensively involve relationship building, researching the market and building a customer database, and presenting the company’s products in a structured and professional wayThe role also demands customer relations activities that support building stronger customer relationships.
Key accountabilities:
1Specifying our products in government tenders for upcoming projects.
2Visit architects, consultant, cfoGovt dept, cpwd, pwd.
3Generating leads.
4Analyse their needs and accordingly pitch the company`s products
5Conduct market research and various marketing activities to generate leads
6Enhance architects` and interior designers` base
7Unlock business potentials with top architects and interior designers by creating a personal touch base
8Plan & ensured the successful execution of all the necessary influencer management activities like architect and contractor meets,
9Monitor & ensure delivery of promised demand generation support to mapped channel partners
10Boost profitability by driving business volume against the target
11Effectively manage pricing, negotiation and collection of the project.
Preferred industry experience:
Building construction material supply (pipe & fittings / upvc / ceramics / aluminum windows and doors / hardware etc.), project sales.
