Our leading client from the aviation industry is looking for a senior data quality managerHe will be performing data analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage procedures, and preparing data analysis reports.
Tasks
Design and implement informatica data quality capabilities including data quality measurement activities across multiple systems, data domains, and data sources;
Develop data quality profiling, rules, scorecards, and workflows;
Support root-cause analysis for data quality issues process;
Design and implement dashboards across data quality dimensions;
Generate periodic dashboards and publish them to relevant business stakeholders;
Assist in monitoring data quality trends and recommend appropriate data remediation plans;
Collaborate with members of the operations teams to understand business requirements, trends and expectations for analysis;
Partner with corp it and system owners to identify and document business rules;
Work with domain data stewards to identify systemic data quality issues (e.g., issues that are common across functions) and coordinate remediation/resolution; propose any data quality issues for escalation;
Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar;
Effective understanding and appreciation of data management and data quality related concepts;
Excellent problem-solving, written communication, collaboration, team leadership, and critical-thinking skills;
Hands-on experience with creating sql queries, data modeling, dashboarding and reporting, involving very large datasets and multiple data sources, with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights and build high-volume data-driven solutions;
Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and collaborate on cross-domain issues;
Familiarity with the underlying source systems including salesforce, data lake, oracle financials, etcIs a plus;
Experience with purpose-built data quality tools, and/or disparate systems environments is preferred;
Experience in informatica suite (idq) is required;
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority;
Adequate experience/exposure to data management and enterprise information management;
