The marketing manager will be a critical part of f2’s growth plan over the coming yearsMany health systems and hospitals remain unaware of the problem we solve and the way we solve it - leaving millions of dollars behindThe marketing manager will coordinate the various marketing initiatives we already have underway while also creating, developing, launching, and maintaining new ideas to reach new clients in an effective wayTheir job will be to collaborate with other leaders across the company, be creative in their approach, and lead with a high degree of autonomy.

Day to day work will include, but not be limited to, the following elements:
Content management: managing a company-wide content calendar, copyediting, and maintaining an editorial calendar across multiple platforms including blog, email, social media, and sales collateral.
Sales enablement: creating sales collateral such as white papers, sell sheets, and/or sales decks for internal teams and external partners.
Public relations: managing pr outreach initiatives on behalf of f2, including creating media lists, crafting, and sending pitches, and managing deliverables.
Event planning: planning marketing events or trade shows in a live and/or virtual setting.
Workshops: leading internal creative sessions to generate new ideas to attract new clients to f2’s business.
Partnerships: managing either formal or informal partnerships and affiliate relationships.
Digital advertising: managing digital advertising channels, primarily google search and display ads and linkedin campaign manager.
Collaboration: work effectively with sales, f2 leadership, to coordinate and execute a marketing plan, and continually report on key performance metrics.
Presentations: building and delivering presentations to executive management on plans and progress toward marketing goals and metrics.
Required to be considered for this position:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relative experience in a related field with similar emphasis
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to complex projects working with cross organizational teams
Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, and flexible
Experience working in a role that required regular use of collaboration, project management, and strategic communications skills.
Excellent organizational skills, demonstrates ability to manage projects, juggle multiple responsibilities while simultaneously meeting deadlines
Experience or interest in leading/facilitating brainstorming sessions with colleagues to generate new marketing ideas and ensure follow-up for execution.
Must be computer proficient with beginner to intermediate skills with microsoft office (e.gExcel, word, powerpoint)
Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and platforms to enable marketing efforts on multiple platforms.
Qualifications that are not required, but a plus if you have them:
Experience leading digital marketing efforts via social media, google ads, search engine marketing, re-targeting.
Familiarity with cloud-based marketing and/or sales crm platforms (e.gPipedrive)
Familiarity with email service providers (e.gMailchimp).
Familiarity with no-code web platforms (e.gWebflow).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.gMonday).
Familiarity with google analytics & google suite.
Healthcare industry experience and/or relationships with health providers.
