Key aspects of the role:
This role is a key support position to the cxos of the firmThe person is expected to multi-task and liaise effectively with the firm’s entire ecosystem
Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks, including heavy calendar management, composing email correspondence, overseeing travel arrangements and itineraries, compiling documents related to travel and ensuring receipt of important documents before board meetings
Plan and coordinate the cxo’s week ahead every friday; review and maintain schedules and appointments
Ensure digitization of visiting cards post meetings along with concurrent safekeeping
Submit all relevant paperwork on behalf of the cxo to the back-office like monthly expense reports, mobile, credit card, etc
Bridge the link between the firm and the back office setup in activities where the cxo is involved/ required
Follow-up internally with the team on email requests sent by the cxo
Monitor and report progress on weekly team meetings along with documentation of minutes (with specific owners and timelines) and following up with respective team members as appropriate
Work closely with the cxo to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Handle all his social media accounts with a pre-defined frequency
Ideal profile:
Strong communication skills in english and hindi/kannada is a must
Written skills (in english) to include drafting emails/letters, editing documents, creating job descriptions, etc
Willing to work in small teams in an unstructured environment and multitask varying priorities
Superb attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
High on integrity as there will be confidential information to handle with discretion
Proficiency in google apps, microsoft office and social media platforms
Education: graduate in any field with a minimum of 2 years work-experience
