As the senior manager of communications at everly health you will lead the corporate communications for everly health and the b2b division, everly health solutionsReporting to the cmo, you will set strategy, shape messaging, and execute innovative programs that make everly health and everly health solutions the leader in at-home health & wellness testing and diagnostic careThis person will be responsible for developing a cohesive and compelling narrative that drives earned media, increases the company`s public profile in the health industry and establishes key leaders as category thought leadersYou are a storyteller that knows what will resonate and connect with multiple audiences, generating earned media, to build awareness and affinity.
What you`ll do:
Develop and execute short and long-term strategies that drive support overall growth goals
Partner with brand and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and drive scale
Own and execute top-tier messaging from press releases to internal communications to social media, and advertising messaging
Create everly health and everly health solutions’ profile as a thought leader in the consumer health industry, establishing a dominant leadership voice
Leverage complex clinical data to tell stories that generate credibility
Manage external pr/comms agencies, providing strong leadership to get most out of partnerships
Develop messaging platforms for c-level leadership and manage speaking opportunities
Who you are:
Ba/bs degree or equivalent
10+ years of pr, marketing, or communications experience, preferably with significant experience on an in-house communications team
Thrive as a solo-operator and later build a team effectively
Excellent written and oral communicator who can explain complex subjects in compelling language
Strong leader with exemplary peer and managerial reviews
Demonstrated ability to develop key messages and narratives and build brands and through leaders through compelling and differentiated storytelling
Champion for consumer health care
Experience managing corporate and crisis communications
Experience working in a regulated industry with advertising / language dos and don`ts
