Designation - franchise care executive
Exp- min 2 yrs( experience in pharmacy/medicine and ecogreen erp will be preferred)
Qualification- 10+2 or above
Salary - up to 2.40 lpa
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Manage incoming phone calls.
Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
Handle store complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Providing detailed information to customers.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with store through open and interactive communication
Managing payment and delivery of store orders.
Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
Candidates should be able to communicate clearly.
Candidates should be able to work in excel.
Candidates should have good typing speed.
Candidates should be comfortable in rotational shift timing.
Candidates should be able to work during the holiday.
Candidates should be able to handle pressure.
