Our exciting opportunity:
Groundbreaking development of small cell and base station antennas.
Work on a team with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and antenna technicians to design, prototype, and test antenna designs for 5g applications.
Work with an outstanding antenna engineering team, interacting closely with colleagues around the globe.
Learn from the industry`s top antenna engineers and first-class manufacturing processes in the world’s top production facilities.
Create and modify part/assembly drawings using creo.
Update and maintain bill of materials (bom) across multiple projects.
Manage part ordering and tracking spreadsheets.
Work with the engineering team to help with the data transfer processes at the end of each project.
You have:
1-3 years of related technical experience in the manufacturing process (general sheet metal fabrication, and general machining operations).
Associates degree or higher in a technical field or 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
Experience working with the necessary documentation and computer programs including efficiency in microsoft programs.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings, engineering specifications, maintenance manuals and apply the use of work instructions.
Self-motivation and committment to providing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift items greater than 50lbs.
Ability to tackle problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Understanding of team strategies and objectives.
Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools.
People skills to work with engineers and technicians in design and manufacturing globally.
Good oral and written communication skills.
You might also have:
Background with 3d cad software primarily creo and windchill, with knowledge of sheet-metal design and fabrication.
Hands-on familiarity with basic shop tools for building quick prototypes or making modifications to existing designs.
Familiarity with tolerance analysis and design for manufacturing.
