Experience : minimum 1 year as assistant manager or 3 years as team leader

Educational qualification : any graduate/ under graduate/ post graduate can apply

Key deliverables :

Assist operations manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
Coordinate with client over calls and emails to understand their requirements from the project and update them regarding the progress of the project.
Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
Profiling of projects on their current status.
Coordinate with operations manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
Generate operational reports for management as needed.
Should know basic technical terms like attrition, shrinkage, sla, occupancy, utilization
