As our account manager, you will:
Develop strong working relationships with your client, serving as their daily contact, leading client/internal status updates, and overseeing client meetings to support development of exceptional scientific and plain language publications that inform, educate and support decision-making to improve patient care.
Co-lead our team’s contributions (with your scientific director) in strategic publication planning, sharing your insights and experienceWe work collaboratively with our clients, so you can expect your ideas to be welcomed and encouraged.
Leverage your client relationships to facilitate organic growth of the account.
Have access to and gain exposure to all areas of envision, including subject matter experts and thought leaders in patient engagement, market intelligence, and behavioral science to support your professional development and account growth.
Work with our award-winning creative lab to develop innovative formats for data visualization and presentation.
Partner with your multidisciplinary internal team to ensure client satisfaction through successful project delivery, communicating project-specific client briefs to the internal team and troubleshooting project delivery challenges
Oversee financial management of your business, including budget development/tracking, forecasting, and proposal development
Provide mentorship/training to junior members of the client solutions team

4 years of prior experience in a client-facing project/account management role in a medical communications or publications planning agency environment is preferred
Experience in managing a publications account for the delivery of abstracts, posters, video/audio-enhanced publications, manuscripts and congress presentations is requiredPublications planning and strategic planning for the oversight of large publications plans is a plus.
Datavision experience is preferred or experience in another publication management system.
Candidates must have excellent project planning and project management skills and be highly organized with an ability to multitask
Proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve client challenges is required.
Sound financial acumen, including forecasting in support of business planning
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in ms office suite (especially word, excel, powerpoint, teams, and outlook)
