Qualifications: graduate / engineer/mba
Experience: 10 years of b2b sales of it/ites services to us market
Generate sales leads through calls, networking, other means
Establish contact with prospects, secure rfps, submit proposals, negotiate, get orders
Develop and manage partners/channel
Pursue opportunities, place bids, negotiate and close orders
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual objectives
Attend concalls / make presentations to leads and prospects
Follow-up leads and prospects
Evaluate customer requirements and develop solution with tech team support.
Manage customer relationship and ensure effective account management.
Identify and implement process improvements
Ensure effective co-ordination with other departments
Coordinate pilot projects, and initiate paid projects
Travel if required.
