Esi employee assistance group has the immediate need for a part time skilled counselor at our springfield, ma locationThe counselor will provide counseling and case management for our eap members who call for immediate supportPrimary responsibilities include conducting a telephonic triage, assessment, providing in the moment support and coordinating resources.
Master’s degree is the minimum academic requirementBehavioral health care professionals with experience in social work, counseling or a related field preferred.
The ideal candidate should enjoy a flexible work schedule to include daytime, some evening and possible weekend hours at our springfield, ma locationRemote work is available during the pandemic.
